Modern internal layout with operable walls, provide up to 6 separate learning areas within the one complex. The new facility includes sick bay, disabled amenities, and modern staff / kitchen area. Extensive Covered Outdoor Learning Area, for wet weather.

The Multi Million dollar upgrade to Albury City Council Airport included:
New passenger facilities including new check-in, Cafe, passenger lounge, toilet areas, new office facilities for terminal operations and airline staff.
Co-ordinating with AlburyCity installation of outbound baggage handling system complete with Checked Baggage Screening (CBS), and departures security screening area as per Federal Government requirements.
All works completed whilst airport remained operational.

UPA Murray Region Aged Care Myoora Homestead Hostel - A locally designed upgrade
2008
The Myoora Hostel remained operational whilst being upgraded.
The project added 7 bedrooms, upgraded office/administration, and community area. Building Code Classification 9c. Extensive finishings and Fire Safety Services.The extension was designed to fit in with the existing building.

| Architecturally designed facility for DHS Victoria
2006
This project was a class 3 Building under the Building Code of Australia, with extensive fire services and many specialised internal finishes. This was a technically difficult building on a steep site which had a number of Heritage and Vegetation Overlays to deal with. MagiBuild was able to hand over the project with final external finish detail of a high standard enabling the building to fit in with the residential and historic landscape.

This tilt panel concrete construction of over 860m2 of floor area consists of a chapel and function room, a large storage area, office, display room, mortuary and six car garage. Incorporating an electronic C Bus Control system that integrates everything from air-conditioning and security to the sprinkler system, this modern design equipped Lester & Sons for the 21st century and beyond. A twenty vehicle car park along with extensive landscaping were completed, created a stunning facade in classic architectural style.

Consisting of eleven two bedroom units, this large development showcases Magi-Build's ability to effectively coordinate large volume work. The project includes full landscaping, roadworks and extensive retaining walls. This achitecturally designed development encompassed the full scope of building works including the refurbishment of an existing room to a common room for residents. This project fully utilised the Magi-Build Quality Assurance System and was completed on time and within budget.
